Design Technology Technician

35 hours per week (8am – 4pm) 40 weeks per year Term time + 2 weeks

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable person with a flexible and organised approach to their work to join our team to provide technical support.

Duties will include preparation of equipment and materials for lessons, demonstrating use and care of machinery and equipment and ensuring all equipment is used and maintained in accordance with Health & Safety requirements

This role would suit a practical person, ideally with experience of working in a technician role in a school or college, or someone with industrial experience which would transfer into a school environment.

Technical support would also be required to cover Art & Design, Music and Performing Arts alongside Resistant Materials. If you have a background in any of these disciplines, please contact us to discuss the options available.

£20,054.00 – £21,156.00 per year
