Teacher of Technical Education

Inverness High School has a vacancy for a teacher of Technical Education. The school is located in the beautiful Scottish Highlands - a location which offers an incomparable quality of life and access to the widest range of outdoor activities possible.

The school's catchment includes areas with the highest levels of deprivation in the region but there is a very strong community spirit and both pupils and staff display a fierce loyalty to the school and the surrounding area. The technical department itself is one of the best equipped in the Highlands and has a well deserved reputation for innovation and achievement in a wide range of courses.
Classes in the school mostly follow the structure of the Scottish education and qualifications system but this does not applications from excellent teachers from south of the border looking for a change in lifestyle in a challenging and worthwhile environment.
