The Latimer Arts College is a thriving, high performing school where we place no boundaries on ambition, no limits on aspirations and no barriers in the way of achievement. Together we share one key aim: to secure outstanding achievement for each individual student in our care by delivering excellence in all that we do.  As part of our caring, community-centred environment our students become confident, independent and creative thinkers and we are extremely proud of them! To us, every child really does matter: we work tirelessly to make sure that each of our students feels valued, makes progress and achieves personal success so that they can be the best that they can be! We have approximately 1100 students at the college aged 11-18 who are nurtured through their education in a purposeful and caring community ethos based on respect for all. We strongly value inclusivity and meeting the needs of individuals. As a specialist Performing Arts college our commitment to the Arts is strong and there is always something stunning going on in our Masque Theatre: you might see a rehearsal, stumble across an impromptu performance in the foyer or be part of the audience at an evening concert. Expect the unexpected and the amazing - because that is what you will get! We value the contributions that our staff make to student outcomes and support them with being able to meet our high expectations through a co-ordinated performance management system for both teaching and non-teaching staff.
